Although we were stuck at home due to illness during Halloween, we were determined we were not going to miss out on all of the fun festivities. We carved pumpkins two days before Halloween.....
Although, this is as far as Brian got until Halloween night.
Makin' my pumpkin

Tali even helped.

Brian's finished product.
Tali even picked out the little monster for her pumpkin and mine is the scary pumpkin.
For dinner, Brian made mini mummy pizzas (English muffins with pizza sauce, string cheese, and olives. Super easy) and for dessert.......

this totally awesome festive pumpkin cake! What a good hubby I have!
Although most of us were not feeling well, we decided we were going to enjoy it and take some pictures in our costumes.
We were lucky to only be outside for a few minutes and got these pictures.

Even though Tali didn't go trick-or-treating this year, she loved seeing all the kids in costume come to the door. I was so glad she still enjoyed it.
