Accomplished!

The past few days I've keeping myself pretty busy working on a new project.  I've been at it again making baby bedding for our son.  I wasn't going to originally, but I thought "what the heck it might be fun to make bedding that is gender specific."  

I was trying to choose between two different themes. I really wanted to do Curious George because it's not that common (that I know of) and my other choice was Disney/Pixar's Cars.  Cars ended up winning because the material I found (at Walmart) was much cuter!  

I have already finished making a fitted sheet and the bed skirt/dust ruffle.  I still have yet to make the bumper guards and I would like to make a valance, but we'll see.  I'm not going to post pictures until I at least the full bedding set done, but it is looking really cute if I do say so myself!  I'm going to give myself a little bit of a break before I start working on the bumper guards though.  It's nice to see things get accomplished!
