Halloween Family Fun!

Yesterday we took our family to the local mill for some Halloween Festivities. We had a good time. The kids liked the petting zoo and some of kiddie games they had. We decided to get Waffle Love for dinner. It was good, but very pricey. 

Today we took the kids to Lagoon's Frightmares. Thankfully it wasn't scary. We went early enough. We all had a good time. Everyone got along, there were no potty accidents, and we all got to ride something fun. It was great! The kids got to go "trick-or-treating" where they had people dressed up with cool scenery such as Cleopatra, Dracula, 50's diner, pirate, the Mad Hatter, steampunk, and a race car driver. We hurried home so that I could get some things ready for a very busy week. I've got to get ready for Tali's class party and a CERT (Community Emergency Response Team- I think that's what it stands for. It's for my new calling as a Welfare Specialist. I deal mostly with Emergency Prep stuff.) program. Here are some fun pictures from today.
