CREEPY!

A while ago, I woke up to the kids wanting to get ready for the day.  We walked into the kitchen and I turned on the light as usual and across the room, I see something drop from the wall to the floor.  It was big too!  Tali must have seen it too because she said "Look Mom!  A bug!"  I went to go check it out cautiously and saw this huge ugly spider on the side of one of our food storage buckets!  It seriously freaked me out because it was rubbing it's legs together and then dropped to the floor.  Honestly, what is it with me and spiders?  They scare the bajeebees out of me.  I don't do well with spiders.  

I saw Brian's level that was stuck on our fridge (it's one of those magnetic ones) and figured since it was on the floor and I didn't want to get close enough with a flyswatter (though I doubt it would have done anything) the level was the next best thing.  I tried to squish it, but it was too fast and it ran into this corner and stayed for a while.  I was so scared that I called my mother-in-law and asked if she had any suggestions on how to kill this thing.  She didn't, but I kept watching it.  It then started to come out of the corner and I thought "okay, this is my chance."  As I got closer to it, it was almost as if it turned and looked at me.  Then, it started to come toward me.  No joke.  I'm sure my mother-in-law was just laughing at me on the other side of the phone because at that point I yelled to her "Ma!  It's gonna get me!"  I know.  Ridiculous right?  Finally, Brian came home from work and saved us all and took care of it.  My hero!
