Freeze Drying Hot Dogs!

We decided to try freeze drying the hot dogs and some peas again.  They had been in the freezer but just got around to putting them in the freeze dryer.  We think the oils in them prevent them from freeze drying as well or at least differently from other things we've done.  They seemed to have turned out okay though.
