Thursday night we decided to buy a small but sturdy table to move our freeze dryer to where it wouldn't bother anyone. We decided to freeze dry some sweet white corn that we had bought from Costco. It took about 27 hours, but I was quite impressed with the results.

We got one big bag mostly full. It tasted pretty good too.
