More Freeze Drying

Today we decided to freeze dry some apples slices and bananas.  Our bananas were very ripe and we didn't want them to go to waste so we freeze dried them with some apples slices to try them out.  We used about a bushel and a half of bananas and about 7 apples.  This is a picture before freeze drying.  I will post a picture of them after they're done tomorrow night.  I love this!
