Freeze Dryer Firsts: Part 2

We just finished our first batch of freeze dried food.  Below is a picture of how it turned out.  It maintained its color and size (with the exception of one tray because Brian had accidentally done something with the machine).  Brian said the food tasted good.

The food is now sealed for storage.  I'm totally geeking out about this whole thing!  This is so awesome!
